BCEI course aims to bring together the expertise of Prof Yanovich team in the development of cutting- edge blockchain technologies and the expertise of Prof Kulish team in the development of lean innovations through iterative prototyping and custdev. The course will produce synergistic cross- disciplinary experience in deep tech innovation and may pave the road to sustainable startupping. The ultimate practical goal of BCEI course is supporting students in strategically harnessing the potential of blockchain technologies to create innovative products and services. The key learning outcome of BCEI course is to learn the path of agile deep-tech project development with strict focus on the very particular technology utilized to the cutting-edge level.
BCEI course will open with technological lectures and seminars, but then fully dive into three sprints of prototyping and customer development in the manner of Skoltech Innovation Workshop. Week 1 will include the comprehensive exploration of various blockchain technologies, with a particular focus on the contributions of Prof. Yury Yanovich. Then BCEI students will actively engage in the hands-on applications of blockchain, experimenting with real-world applications and exploring their functionalities.
In the 2nd segment of the BCEI course, guided by Prof Kulish, students will embark on an intensive E&I product development journey through three cycles (sprints) of Customer Development (CustDev) and prototyping, closely aligned with the blockchain technologies examined earlier in the course.
The overarching goal is to guide students through an immersive experience, from theoretical blockchain concepts under the expertise of Yury Yanovich to the tangible realization of startup ventures under the guidance of Dmitry Kulish, demonstrating the transformative power of blockchain in the entrepreneurial landscape.
